The Senior Centre

Activities

We have a range of activities for members to choose from. We also offer blocks of classes over the year. Additionally, members run a number of activities themselves. Classes are informal and (typically) do not require weekly attendance.

Café

This is the social hub of The Senior Centre with members making new friends, meeting for a catch ups or grabbing a bite to eat after class.

Events

Our café plays host to a number of events throughout the year, mainly our monthly themed parties. Party afternoons include lunch, games, and a variety of acts to keep members entertained.

Information & Support

Members have access to a variety of information and support in the Centre.

Minibus

Our accessible minibus picks up members from the local area, taking them to and home after their visit.

Day Trips

Day trips are one of the highlights of our busy activity programme. Trips typically start off with lunch before free time for some shopping or sightseeing - all depending on the weather of course!
